Pilates is a low-impact, mindful movement, and full-body method of physical conditioning. Perfect for men and women of all fitness levels, this program has a strong emphasis on body awareness, alignment, and breath. A regular Pilates practice will strengthen the mind-body connection. Level 1

An excellent place to start your practice, or to explore the Method more deeply, this class introduces the Mat and Standing Fundamentals through a Pilates-based movement vocabulary. Classes focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness, while fostering curiosity of movement.

Level 1/2

Utilizing the shared movement vocabulary we developed in Level 1, this class will increase movement variations, and build on the Pilates Fundamentals to explore Modified Mat and Standing Exercises. Classes focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness, while fostering curiosity of movement.

Level 2

Pilates Fundamentals, Modified Mat and Standing Exercises will be explored with more complex movement patterns, deepening the mind-body connection that the previous levels introduced. Classes focus on alignment, breath, body awareness, and flow, while fostering curiosity of movement.

Gentle

Pilates Fundamentals, and Modified Mat and Standing Exercises, that include resistance and weight bearing, will be combined in a gentle, feel-good class. Classes focus on alignment, breath, body awareness, and curiosity of movement. Benefits include maintaining bone density, improving muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This class is safe for those living with osteoporosis, diastasis recti, and those getting back to movement after injury.

Healthy Bones

Maintain good bone health and improve muscle strength and balance in this class that uses Modified Mat and Standing Pilates Exercises that include resistance and weight bearing. Safe for those with osteoporosis, classes focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness, while fostering curiosity of movement.

Prenatal

This class combines Pilates Fundamentals and Modified Mat and Standing Exercises in a gentle, feel-good class. Not just for pregnant women, classwork is designed specifically with the pre/postnatal, aging, and rehabilitating body in mind. Classes focus on deep, subtle work, paying special attention to the breath.
