OOV® PILATES
Private &Â Semi-Private Sessions
The Oov® is a specialized tool that will give you a 3D workout and transform how you feel and move almost instantly. Not only does it promote relaxation through nervous system down regulation, it also prevents familiar compensation patterns and improves your ability to move and stabilize your body. Oov® training can be combined with the Pilates Apparatus in Private sessions.

Your perfect class if you're new to Pilates, you're deconditioned, or you want to be strong and pain-free.

Your perfect class if you're a Pilates veteran, you're ready to increase your challenge or you want to be strong and pain-free.

GENTLE
Your perfect class if you're living with osteoporosis, diastasis recti, joint/back pain, are getting back to exercise after injury or you want to be strong and pain-free.

Why you'll love this class? You'll explore Pilates Fundamentals and Modified Mat and Standing Pilates exercises in a gentle, feel-good class.

RESTORATIVE
Your perfect class if life feels hard, you frequently feel stressed or overwhelmed, you live with aches and pains, you enjoy gentle movement and breathwork, or you're new to movement.

Why you'll love this class? You'll move through Pilates Fundamentals to build body awareness in a slow-paced, relaxing class. Think of it as a moving meditation.
